I have been working on this system from 12 years with different frequency. You know how it is. First, you go on schedule, then you start to miss. What do I like about this set of exercises?
Now I just started to do the exercises again, so I can not boast of the results. But since I have done it several times already, I can say that body flex helps to reduce the volume of the hips by 3-5 cm and waist by 5-7 cm in just a few weeks (if you also keep the diet).
I have a few recommendations that will help you get the most benefit from body flex:
  1. You need to do the exercises on an empty stomach. During the exercises, the diaphragm and abdominal muscles are actively reduced, so if you have not eaten before, you will feel your muscles better.
  2. Bodyflex can be done as a morning workout, but I prefer the middle of the day or evening to replenish my strength after a sedentary job and to stretch before bedtime.
  3. Exercises can be called loud because you need to force out the air. So warn everyone at home that you are training.
  4. Good body flex to do after strength exercises.
